Reserve with Google
Let guests tap Reserve on your Google Maps or Search listing and land on your booking page. Owner only, and it needs a verified Place ID.
Owner onlyWith Reserve with Google, a Reserve button on your Google Maps or Search listing takes guests to your own booking page. The settings are in Settings, Integrations, in the "Reserve with Google" card. Only the owner can connect it. If the card says it is not configured on this server, contact hello@nicework.sg.
Set it up
- Make sure your venue phone number and address are filled in under Settings, Branding & policies, in Venue details. Google needs both before the listing can go live.
- Go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose "Connect Reserve with Google".
- Paste your venue's "Google Maps Place ID" and choose Save.
- Check that the Place ID matches your Google Business Profile in Google's Actions Center portal.
- Back in the card, choose "Mark Place ID verified".
Each outlet row shows a Feed status: pending, matched, live or error. Your availability is sent to Google by a nightly feed, and the row shows when the last feed ran. Once active, the card shows "Live on Search & Maps".
Common problems
- A message says Google needs a valid phone number or your address: fill them in under Venue details. The listing reconnects on the next nightly feed, you do not need to do anything else.
- Saving a new Place ID puts the status back to pending, so mark it verified again.
- To pause it, switch "Turn it on" off and confirm "Suspend Reserve with Google?". No new slots are advertised. Bookings Google already sent are not affected. You can reconnect any time.
